Bronze Service: 150€ flat fee
The Bronze service is a consultancy service with up to 1 hour of our expertise, over the phone or a zoom call, to help you best plan your itinerary choices with your potential Spain/Southern Europe trip. In 1 hour, you will save a great deal of time researching, over-paying or making mistakes along the way, in making your own travel plans.
Silver Service: 150€/travel day*
Silver service includes your full customized itinerary set up of every nook and cranny of Spain and Portugal, from the most visited cities and historical sites, as well as the quaint off the beaten path spots that we can share with you. We set up your day to day schedule, your local guides and experts, when desired for short city tours, restaurant recommendations or reservations, cultural events, like Flamenco shows and cooking classes, domestic travel and on-call travel services while you are on your mostly self-guided trip.

Gold Service: 900€/travel day (including private guide, travel companion, tour manager and potential driver, all-day)*
This includes our full itinerary set up, as with the silver service, but you will have a private expert guide with you all day during your trip, acting as your travel companion, coordinator, travel and shopping advisor, historical and cultural connection and will become your close friend throughout your time together. 5-day minimum itinerary requirement. All further services will be booked through us and you can see prices below. You may still need expert guides for specific UNESCO sites, but we are all general experts on Spain, Portugal and the surrounding areas, on all the stops you make.

General Service Pricing Throughout Spain and Portugal
(To give you a rough idea,, to see if our services are right for you, but each tour and exact destination may vary.)
Private Cars: 150€-200/short transfers. If private car and a driver are hired, (not a guide) approx. 500-700€. For small groups of 2-4 people, your guide may be your driver as well.
Minibuses-Private Coaches with bus driver (for 8+ pax):
Half-day: 400-600€
Full-Day: 750€-900€/touring day, less if in city full day
Trains: 25-75€/passenger depending on route
Domestic Flights: 50-200€/flight
Taxis: 10-50€/local transfer between hotels, stations, airports
Hotels: 150€-200/person in 4* star centrally located hotels/night, including breakfast (although we recommend skipping the excessive breakfast to allow for more local tastings). 5* hotels, some starting in off season at 150€/person.
*With small groups, we generally recommend you a lodging of hotels, touristic apartments or the like but you will be making your own choices. With small groups, we recommend several hotels to choose from and send you their direct booking links, so you can make your room, bed, breakfast and upgrade choices directly.
Meals: 40-100€/day/person: Varies depending on your needs of course, but one can eat well on a budget if you don’t have a large appetite. We do not pre-pay or pre-decide your meals, we only make recommendations and reservations when necessary. If you want a Michelin * experience (Spain has many 1-3* Michelin restaurants, then we will reserve and choices and meal must be paid ahead of time. For Michelin experiences, Spain is more affordable than one may think and can start at 75€/person (without wine).
Local Expert Official Guides:
2-4 Hour Walking Tours: 250-395€
Half Day: 400-500€ (may or may not include transport)
Full Day: 500-700€ (may or may not include transport)
*(Required in some sites, along with your travel guide, such as the La Alhambra in Granada, La Mezquita in Cordoba, or the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell in Barcelona, for example). You can also opt for the more budget audio guides in specific sites.
Entrances: Range from free-30€ on average
Wine Tastings: 2-3€/glass to 75€/person tastings
Flamenco and other Performances: 25-50€/person
Cooking Classes: 100€/person
